A Strange Cue for Improving Your Rotator Cuff Exercises

It goes without saying that if you want to play baseball and stay healthy at the same time, you have to have good rotator cuff function. Unfortunately, in many cases, we see athletes performing rotator cuff exercises – particularly external rotations – incorrectly.
