Free Returns Policy
New Balance is so committed to your 100% satisfaction, we guarantee it! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free refund.
Return Instructions
Return shipping is FREE when you use the pre-paid return label included with your shipment. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the label. Be sure to include your packing slip in your return package. If you did not receive a label or have lost your label, please call Customer Care at (800) 595-9138.
Refunds
Once your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original form of payment. Refunds will be credited for the purchase price along with any applicable taxes. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund and for the credit to reflect on your account statement. If you originally paid for your merchandise with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Gift Returns
If you return a gift purchased through the use of a Gift Card or eGift, it will be restored to its original value.
If you wish to return a product you received as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment (i.e., the Credit Card used for the original purchase). When returning a gift, please provide the Order Number or purchaser’s name, address and telephone number to assist in the processing of the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
We are happy to replace all items damaged in transit and/or containing a manufacturer's defect. Shipping charges incurred will be waived. Please contact Customer Care at (800) 595-9138 (Toll-Free).
