"I always purchase a d width. The 806 runs very wide and it creases in the top box. I love the older version 804D. Very unhappy."

Yes, I recommend this product.
"I can't count how many pairs of NB motion control sneakers in the 850 series I have worn. The 850's were first recommended to me by a podiatrist who diagnosed that I over-pronated. As I Jazzercise 5x a week, I also need to do side-to-side movements. All was well until the 856 was redesigned and the 857's hurt my right toe area, where I had an injury many years ago. I tried the 1211's but after 3 times of wearing them, it has taken more than a month for my knee to not hurt. Meanwhile, I traded those in (thank you NB) and bought the 806 tennis sneaker with motion control. They are wonderful. They are slightly slimmer and less clunky feeling than the 850 series. I am able to lace them up so they feel even more secure. They feel light and airy, but still structured. I still wear the NB ultra arch support in them as I always have. I even like the purple accents better than the baby blue of the 850 series. The 806 has become my new best friend."
