Carol O'Donnell, Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, is responsible for developing HR programs in compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development and health and safety. She first joined New Balance in 1988 as the HR Manager of Lawrence. In addition, she has held the position of Compensation and Benefits Manager. Carol earned a Bachelors degree from Smith College and an MBA from Boston University.
