Joe Clendenny, vice president, NB St. Louis, founded New Balance Chicago in 1995 and only one year later founded New Balance Web Express. Since its inception, NB Web Express has managed much of the NB’s online retail sales. With New Balance’s acquisition of NB Web Express in 2008, Clendenny was named to his current role in which he leads the Web Express team from its St. Louis headquarters. A devoted philanthropist, Clendenny founded Embrace a Village in 2003 to aid leprosy victims in India. Clendenny, a graduate of North Central College, is married to his wife, Pat, with whom he has five children and 10 grandchildren.
