Stephanie Smith started working for New Balance as the Assistant Manager of the Lawrence Factory store in 1986, moving up through the retail ranks until she became General Manager of Factory Stores in 1995. Today Stephanie is responsible for overseeing the independently operated New Balance Stores, the corporate owned Factory Stores and trade shows. Stephanie received her BS in Business Management from Keene State College. She resides in Merrimack, New Hampshire with her husband and their two children.
