  • Hi Running Angel,

    Regarding winter running. I typically dress as if it's 20 degrees warmer since the body warms up considerably during the run. As for layers, I wear moisture wick gear against my skin (layer 1), then something to resist the wind as my second layer. If it's really cold, then I'll had a sweatshirt or something as a 3rd layer.
