eGIFTS & GIFT CARDS
SEND AN eGIFT OR GIFT CARD
The perfect gift when you don't know their size or favorite New Balance style.
We offer two convenient gift options: a physical Gift Card sent by mail or an eGift delivered via email. Both are valid on footwear, apparel and accessories purchased at newbalance.com.eGift and Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
Gift Cards and eGifts are available in increments of $25-$500 and may be ordered with a valid credit card online or through Customer Care at (800) 595-9138.
Gift Cards are sent via First Class U.S. Postal Mail and are generally delivered in 3-5 business days. Delivery times will be longer when shipping to U.S. Postal Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
eGifts include a personal message and are sent to the recipient's email address immediately after the credit card is processed.
We are unable to ship separate items to multiple addresses. Gift Card and eGift purchases are processed separately from other items in your shopping cart and your order confirmation is your receipt.
Redeeming Gift Cards and eGifts
Gift Cards and eGifts are redeemable for merchandise at newbalance.com only. Gift Cards and eGifts may be applied to orders placed online or over the phone by Customer Care. Simply enter the gift code during checkout. If the amount of your Gift Card or eGift exceeds the order total, the balance will remain active for later use.
Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other Gift Cards or eGifts. If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Card or eGift amount, the difference must be paid using a credit card or PayPal.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards/eGifts
Gift Cards and eGifts should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase.
Returning Items Purchased with a Gift Card or eGift
If you need to return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be put back on the original card. If your return was purchased with an eGift, we will email you a new eGift valued at the refund amount.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review Gift Cards/eGifts and orders for suspected fraud, Gift Cards/eGifts mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or other violations of Gift Card/eGift policies.
