    Just what I was wanting

    5/24/16 by | Burnsville, Minnesota

    • Used Product For: 8 or more weeks

    Yes, I recommend this product.

"I wanted a new pair of walking shoes, but I didn't want another pair like the 928s that are all white and show dirt following just a few wearings. These 574s were just what I wanted -- some color but not a multiple-colored scheme. I purchased these in gray, and they are nice-looking and quite comfortable. They weren't specifically identified as to shoe type, but they make a good walker."

Would never switch from NB but they are becoming increasingly uncomfortable.

"These are probably my 10th or so NB sneaker in the last 25 years. I started wearing them because of my super wide feet and they have been great. My last 3 purchases however have been a different story. It takes about a month to break in with the sizes becoming smaller and tighter than ever before. After starting at a 9.5 2E 20 years ago and up until about 5 years ago, I now need a 10 4E which they don't make. I feel like the shoes need a huge breaking in period, which I hate, but once they are worn in to your feet they will be great."

Most comfortable walking shoes I've ever had

5/18/16 by | Santa Cruz, CA, USA

    • Used Product For: 8 or more weeks

    Yes, I recommend this product.

"I came across these shoes purely by accident, where I saw them displayed in a shoe store. I tried them on and they were so comfortable, I looked for them on the internet and ordered them from the New Balance website. The surprising thing is that these are men's shoes and I'm a woman. Maybe that's been my problem all along. I've been buying the wrong gender of shoes! My only complaint is that the shoe laces are pretty short. I barely have enough lace to tie them, but I can. These shoes are attractive and very comfortable. And I think they would be good for men or women."
