"Love this boot! Have had mine for over 2 years in all sorts of conditions. Sure, your feet will get wet if you submerge them, but if you coat them well, it will repeal most splashes. You will need double socks in the Winter, thats with most boots. Im on my second pair after I collapsed the first and am going to buy another pair to have in stock. Yes, I am a big fan of these."

    Lite Hiker 12 4E

    6/28/14 by | pacific northwest

    • Used Product For: less than 2 weeks
    • Primary Activity: Walking

    Yes, I recommend this product.

"Purchased for a BSA hike. Eight miles w/o rain were light and comfortable. Just got back from a 2-mile day hike around a sub-alpine lake in the rain. Even with one coating of spray water proofing my feet were wet, but not cold or uncomfortable. Sole gripped large rocks and wet logs. Removed the inserts when home and boots dried over night (my boys shoes did not). Laces are the right length; too long in other footwear."

A Great Shoe in B Width!

6/4/14 by | Northern, VA, USA

    • Used Product For: 8 or more weeks
    • Primary Activity: Walking

    Yes, I recommend this product.

"My primary reason for buying the Cloud instead of another light hiker was because of their availability in B widths. I have owned them for approx. 3 years now and have not had any problems. The materials and workmanship of the pair I own are excellent. I wear them on weekends and after work when I am doing shopping, errands, etc. I also wear them for light hiking and walking. When utilized in these capacities they work well. They are comfortable and provide great support to my feet and ankles. I am in my upper 50's and don't venture onto difficult terrain or trails. However, I don't think they were designed or marketed for that purpose."

    Poor Workmanship

    2/27/14 by | Florida

    • Used Product For: 8 or more weeks

"I purchased this product for the GorTex feature and hiking creds. Wide size was a plus. I wore infrequently over the period of a year or so and the top has now separated at the seam on one of the boots. This has affected the waterproof nature and integrity of the boot.. Shoddy workmanship. I would not buy again or recommend."
