"I have never had problems with my feet until these shoes. I narrowed it down real quickly to the totally flat, void of any arch support inserts and sole. I started getting a sore foot, and was getting pretty bad while wearing these shoes and even after I took my shoes off, all up until I put my Asics tennis shoes, or my old SAS shoes that these were suppose to replace on. Then I started checking the soles, inserts and the new balance is totally flat, with absolutely "NO" arch support. Then I started looking at the rest of my old shoes and boots, and they "all" have significant support in the arch area. These shoes are by far the worst shoes I've ever had, so they get the big 1 star award. They should be proud of their accomplishment."

Yes, I recommend this product.
"i wanted a shoe that is appropriate for the office, but also durable and waterproof. this shoe is exactly to order! i have used it a month now with little wear. a pair of shoes from sears brand had fallen apart in a month to give some comparison. i still try to avoid splashing in puddles, but i am also glad these shoes are waterproof because i am outside in the rain from time to time. i did notice that my socks are damp at the end of the day of wearing them, but i don't mind because of the other features and the style."

Yes, I recommend this product.
"In fact, I bought both a brown and black pair I liked them so much. They are waterproof, so like all waterproof leather shoes, they are warm. But I've worn them in temps 80F and below and they are fine."

"The soles on my previous pair of business casual shoes had split and my feet were getting wet in the rain, so I sought out waterproof shoes for the first time. When I tried these on in the store, they felt perfect, so I bought one pair each in brown and black. After a few weeks (I'm on my feet nearly all the time at work), I noticed that my feet were sweating more than they ever had before: my socks were getting soaked, and never drying out during the day. These shoes may seal out the rain, but they also sealed in the sweat. I tried taking them back to the New Balance store where I'd bought them, but they wouldn't accept the return since they'd been worn too much. Lesson learned: wear them in the house, and make sure they feel good, before the return period expires. Since I can't return these shoes, I've tried about a dozen different brands and kinds of socks; at best (thin diabetic socks, and I'm not diabetic), they'll pull the sweat from the skin, but it still stays in the socks and I can feel the squishiness beneath my feet."
