I wear a 9 extra wide. I purchase 4E, and they are killing my feet.

These are about the best trail shoe I have owned. Very sturdy, good grip and comfortable. The 2E size fits good as does the size 11. Only down is the length of the laces, way too long.

I had high hopes for this shoe. After running for years in the 860s and their predecessors I was excited to get these. Unfortunately the first thing I noticed is that no matter how much you try, you cant get the heel to stop slipping. After having this issue I noticed that several other have commented on other forums about this. Over the next few weeks this slipping caused me to develop bursitis in my heel which has become very painful. I received them read more

Hiked 500+ miles in them...now my weekly running shoe

I hiked my second Camino de Santiago in these and I am about to buy my second pair of this shoe. They are that exceptional. My first Camino I wore another brand and those wore holes through them. These are going strong - so strong, I run in them now. You read that correct - I hiked over 500 miles in them, and now use them as running shoes. Without question the best shoe - running, hiking or otherwise that I've ever owned.

Guys, it's simple...there are many, many reviews on this shoe pointing out that the heal keep slipping...I tried many sizes, many lacing combinations...but still, the heal still too wide. For version 4 (or a fix for version 3). Please do something about it! I recommend you to look into how Salomon does their heals for Salomon Sense Pro 2...those things are amazing!!! However, they don't make wides; thus, I came to NB for a solution...almost there. By the way, read more

This is the 3rd straight pair of Leadville V3s that I have purchased. The fit is great, they're very durable, and if you are like me and want your shoes to yell "LOOK AT ME!!!", you're in luck.

Awesome long distance trail shoe

Runs about half a size larger than a normal trail shoe. Caused me a little inside knee pain due to the medial post. Wish they made this in about a 4 to 6 mm drop with no post. Very comfortable but just not optimal for my running style.

I have ran in the Leadville for a few years now and have owned six pairs. For the most part, they are excellent shoes. I like the availability of widths, water shedding ability, and neoprene inner sleeve. What I found on my most recent purchase of two pairs of 9 4E was that they were an 1/8" longer than my previous pairs-and did not fit well. I returned them, opting for an 8.5 4E-too small. After a series of other shoe trials, to no avail, I re-ordered the read more
