Know your foot type. It you have a hard foot or supinate this is a great shoe.

Yes, I recommend this product.
"I am a Physical Therapist. I have a wide toe box with a high arch and a "hard" foot. My arch does not collapse and I supinate when I walk (80% of people pronate). I have worn New Balance 928's or their variant for over 6 years. I am a hospital therapist and walk over 10000 steps a day, It is the only shoe I wear on a daily basis. The adsorb cushions my foot and protects my arch and the roll control does a good job of controlling my foot motion and directing the proper heel toe pathway. The SL2 last fits my foot type to a "T". New Balance as a company is exceptional in that they build shoes in different lasts to fit different foot types. I would encourage any person wishing to find a comfortable shoe to visit the New Balance "Last" description page and see what I'm talking about then find a knowledgeable salesperson to fit your shoe to your foot."

"I wear these shoes for work only. I work twelve hour shifts(five days a week) and my feet are truly as comfortable from the moment I place my feet into them until I take them off at the end of my shift. I highly recommend these shoes. I am leaving this review at the same time I am buying my second pair. This is the only shoe that works for my feet that tend to pronate a lot."

Looks good, zero comfort.

"I wear a 15 A/B very flat foot. Been wearing New Balance shoes for over 30 years. Never a complaint. Prior to the 928 had a pair of 926's that I wore for years till they literally fell apart. Bought the 928 as a replacement shoe. Work as a field rep, spend a great deal of time on my feet when in the field. These shoes have never been comfortable. No longer take them on overnight trips. Had them on for 6 hours the other day, on my feet the whole time. Got out of the car when I got home and hobbled to the front door. Heading for the trash. My other NB shoes are great. So I guess I was due for one bad experience."

A really great shoe !
2/9/15 by JohnBrey47 | Dayton, OH
Used Product For: 8 or more weeks

Yes, I recommend this product.
"I was tired of buying shoes that did not fit and just did not feel good. These shoes pass all tests. I visited the New Balance of Dayton (OH) store. They took the time to measure my feet and fit me with the correct shoe and insert. I work on cement factory floors most of the day. These shoes are like walking on pillows. My shoe supplier of 40yrs is now fired. Thank You New Balance."
