"Cheap foam insole offered no cushion. Too uncomfortable to wear that way. The 4E cut into my big toe on one foot also. Would try the men's 6E but then I still have the cheap foam insole to deal with. The mesh also felt cheap"

"I've never found New Balance to run small but this pair seems to; at least with my arch support inserts. I have them laced so loosely there's almost not enough lace to tie and still I experience discomfort about halfway between my instep and big toe. This New Balance shoe is the first I've encountered that really doesn't seem to accommodate an arch support. If anything I have found New Balance to run wide and that's definitely not the case with this shoe. I have a narrow foot, especially heel so don't think I'd want to order wide but would recommend ordering half size up if you wear arch supports."
