I wear a 13 4E in the trusted 857 line. I had to go to a 14 4E in the 1267 (no 6E), and even then it was tight. Yeah, that's what everyone is saying. As for the shoe, it isn't near the 857 quality at the same price point, but I wear them because my wife won't talk to me when I wear white sneakers.

The 1267's may be the current model for this shoe, but I've been wearing them since my first pair back when they were called 1001 as I recall, up to the end of that line at 1012's, so for years. At a couple pairs per year that takes me way back. By far the best 'tennis shoe' I've ever worn and continue to thank my friend for introducing me to them over ten years ago. There's nothing for me to complain about with this shoe and hope that New Balance will continue read more

Extremely poor fit

I was so excited to get these shoes, and to put them to work. I'm normally an 8.5 4E, so that's what I ordered. Too small. Ordered a 9 4E. Too small. Ordered a 9.5 4E, WAY too big. I am extremely disappointed, and would recommend ordering at least a 1/2 size up, if you are ready to take a chance.

Great Gym Shoes!

I use shoes specifically just for the gym (weight room, cardio), and these are great shoes. I've had them for almost 6 months now, and I still love them. They fit the same as all of my other New Balance shoes, offer great support for working out, and are still holding up well!

Narrow and shallow toe box. Uncomfortable relative to my 990v4 & 1260v5 in the same size & width. High price.

From the moment I tried them on. They were a perfect fit and comfortable. Excellent shoes for the gym, light weight, and great to train in.

I always get 10EE shoe for New Balance. They change the style once again and these didn't fit. They ran small. I went to one of their stores, found the older style. Bought 2 pairs!

Great shoe but too heavy

Good shoe, comfortable, good support, durable, looks good. Only one big problem - too heavy. My last cross trainer was a lot lighter but they stopped making it (MX797v4 - was a great shoe). I was hoping for a light cross trainer with good support that I could run and lift with in the gym. I would not recommend this shoe for running...maybe for heavy weight training. I wear NB for everything - gym, running, golf, tennis...etc and it is getting harder and harder read more

Toe Box Small

After having multiple pairs of 1011s, I was told the 1267s were a good bet. The toe box was way too scrunched. Exchanged for 857 per advice of another New Balance rep - great choice :)
