My size is usually 5.5 us. However these run small. I recommend you go up half a size up. I love the smooth run in them. I'm usually running 7 to 10 km a day so these are my favorite.

Ive worn all versions of this shoe, and I must say the first one was the best. Light, supportive, and had a nice responsive bounce to them. The second Version broke down the quickest for me and doesn't even feel like the first version. The v3 are okay but do seem to run smaller.

Originallly got these shoes in my usual run size of 9. I wasn't sure I would like them but gave them a trial anyway. Over time they stretched a bit and were just fine but the toe box on them is tight. I ordered a 9 1/2 in my second pair and they are much more comfortable right out of the box. I have not worn any prior versions of this shoe. These shoes are incredibly light weight. I feel like I have no shoes on when I run. They have just enough cushion to make read more

I LOVED the 1500V2. I train and race in a performance style shoe. There are not many choices in this category with support so I was exited to find the 1500. I trained and ran my first marathon in the V2. I loved the light support, the fit, lower drop, everything. I tried the V3 and was SO disappointed. My normal size 9 felt small, it wasn't flexible and did not feel snappy like that V2 did. I need this shoe fixed asap, nothing else in any other brand has compared read more

Loved my V2, so when came time to change them, I went for the V3. I was very disappointed because they are very stiff. I'm unable to run with them so now I need to find a new model or try to find V2 on the net

First pair of New Balance. Was excited about the shoe. The fit and the style awesome but the shoe just did not hold up. I bought mid March and is only mid June There is ZERO tread left on the ball of my foot. 20-25 miles a week (mostly treadmill) rotating with 2 other pairs (neither of them NB and both purchased before these). NB Customer Service says it is normal wear and tear.

I agree 100% JDell's review. I've run 49 marathons, most of them in the NB 1500v1 and v2, which I loved. I've owned a dozen pairs of them and they've never failed me. Comfortable, durable, lightweight. I was excited to try the v3; new color, maybe even somehow improved. Not so. It felt stiff, the toe box felt constricted, and the shoe just feel hard and not cushioned. I ran a few miles in it for the first time and got a black big toenail. I NEVER get black read more

Hate the new version

I have ran 3 marathons in the 1st and 2nd versions of the 1500 including Boston. I hate what they have done with the newest version. The toe box feels smaller and stiffer. I tried going up a half size but the upper toe box was still too stiff. The overall shoe is stiffer compared to previous versions. I'm so disappointed. I now need to find a new running sneaker.

I love the way this shoe fits my foot. It hugs my foot perfectly, like a glove, like an extension of my foot. Unfortunately, when I run, there is no give in the arch support of the shoe. The shoes feel so hard! After running half a mile, the arches of my feet hurt so badly, I don't want to run anymore (and I have run 6 marathons). I tried them a couple of times, hoping for a break-in period, but there was no improvement. So unfortunately, I have to send read more
