Unhappy with the fit and features, I returned them to New Balance and ordered the 940, a much better shoe.

"Very disappointed in the quality of the shoe. I ordered it hoping that it continued the quality tradition of the 768 and 769, but it is a much lesser shoe. Uncomfortable, sloppy fit in the heel, support features of the 768-9 not there. Overall impression is that it was a cheaper, less supportive shoe."
