"More comfortable than the newer V3. Widest toe box in a New Balance 4E I could find. I feel like this is how a 4E should fit although most newer version 4Es are running narrower."

"I bought two pair of these. I love New Balance. I need a 2E and these shoes fit beautifully. I have a very hard time with shoes and these are my favorites. So happy that I bought two pair."

Good Inexpensive daily runner... road running only

"I have put about 30 miles on these shoes. Firstly, this is a comfortable shoe with a good mid-sole. In fact, it is one of the most comfortable, lightweight shoes I have worn. It holds up really well to daily use. (In the interest of honesty, I will admit to having two pairs of shoes and rotating them. I highly recommend this.) On the road it is a great, good looking training shoe that I would recommend to anyone with one exception... If you are going to running on ANY kinds of trails, say local forest preserve crushed coral paths or fine gravel paths, this si not the shoe for you. It does not have a flat sole, it has a couple of large indentations. It seems like it is the job of these indentations is to pick up large pebbles about the diameter of a dime. This is not a big deal, but it changes the weight of the shoe over a couple of miles and throws off my gait. I have since decided to only wear this shoe on pavement, but this is problematic for me as I do most of my running on a crushed coral bike path. In summary, great shoe for training if you are not going to be using it on trails. Cheers"

"I owned the previous version of the 775 and they not only looked great, they fit great too. This version looked ugly and fit terrible. Had to send them back."

Most horrendous shoe ever...and as a previous faithful customer , I ordered two.

    - Tuscaloosa, AL, USA

"Just terrible. I've been wearing new balance running shoes since they started making them. These shoes are just terrible. The 4e toe box is not 4e. My feet have never been so totally unhappy...what happened to your sizing? Worst ever."
