"I am a 50 year old female and have had bunions, etc since I was a teenager. Twenty years ago, I had a bunionectomy and second toe fusion on my right foot but not my left. The right was extreme. I started wearing these shoes in 2010 (I think). I am wearing my third pair of this shoe. My first two pairs were the 846's. Both of which have huge holes in the left shoes where my bunion as worn them out. (Maybe, I'll glue a fabric path inside the bunion area for reinforcement.). Nonetheless, this is the ABSOLUTE BEST technology ever-EVER- for my fallen arches, narrow heels, bunion, corns, and --Most Importantly.. OVERPRONATION and instability. When I wear these shoes I don't wobble when I walk and my foot strikes and leaves the ground in near perfect alignment. I wear them everyday on my commute in the Wash DC area, and because they're solid black, I wear them at work nearly everyday with my dress pants/jackets and business casual attire. Once my bunion wears through this pair, I will purchase another, and another, and another....until they discontinue this technology. Unfortunately, the next size up is too large and my right foot is smaller than my left, so if I get a "wide" pair then the right shoe will be too wide. It's funny---but I have two right shoes that are still in pretty good condition, no holes and the soles have not worn down on any of these shoes."

"I have purchased two pair of these shoes and I like them. My feet are narrow at the heel and wide in front (duck feet) so I appreciate the wider toe and narrower heel. Thanks!! By the way, I like the blue, but perhaps you could make one with a darker blue."

"I have been wearing the 840 series for YEARS!!!! This one is not up to the New Balance Standards. This cushioning is terrible. I have always been able to put my new 840 series tennis shoes on and wear them all day with total comfort. My legs and knees hurt after wearing these. I had to purchase Dr. Scholls 16 hour foot inserts to increase the cushioning. Please go back to what you used to do. I wear only New Balance shoes because of my foot and knee problems (that includes sandals) and I don't want to start trying other brands. I am not crazy about the color blue you put on these either. It just doesn't go with much. Love the pink with the white."

"I went to the New Balance store in Tyler Texas. The young lady sized my feet and had me stand on a scale like object to see how my feet were. Then she had me try the insert that they sell. I put the shoes on and wow. I love them. So comfy! I just wish yall had more colors. I highly recommend these shoes!"

"Ordered these online and they arrived quickly, that was a plus. Very lightweight, another plus. Width size B wasn't available so I ordered the Wide's, D. My feet are wide and I can usually wear both a B and/or a D. This wasn't the problem. The problem was there was absolutely NO ARCH SUPPORT in these shoes. I don't like shoe inserts because they cause my heel to slip out of the back. If you need arch support, these are not for you. Needless to say, they're going back."
