"I LOVE this shoe! I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for more than 10 years. Shots, boots, exercises, orthotic inserts, etc. I've even joked that I'm ready for a wheel chair. Since purchasing these shoes and the New Balance inserts, my feet problems have gone away. I love them so much that I bought 2 additional pair. Hope they don't disappear."

"This is a great shoe if you are only "casually" wearing it. However, I purchased it too wear to work. I work at Walmart and am on my feet for 9 hr. days and it is simply too hard of a shoe to wear so long. I even purchased a $40+ supporting insole for it. Just isn't comfortable. I went shopping the other day for part of a day and they wore great on my feet. Just not a shoe that you would want for long days on your feet and that is a shame because if the comfort level was better they'd make a great winter shoe."

neat looking but not so much with the fit.

    - Indiana

"I ordered these shoes in the same size order my New Balance shoes; However they seem to be somewhat narrower than my other shoes. Also, I would have preferred navy blue shoe laces rather than white."

"Nice shoe runs true to size and width I wear a 2EE width and they don't make my foot look fat"

"The sole of the shoe is not flexible. Feels awkward on your foot. The toe box is too wide. I wear a size narrow and it's still to big. Wouldn't recommend New Balance to keep selling this shoe. The cut of other New Balance narrow shoes are perfect, but they don't last long enough, you would think so considering the price, almost $200 for a pair plus almost $70 for pads. New Balance should make better quality shoes and more options for people who wear a size narrow."

Sole too hard & rigid. Only in swede, very little choice of colors or material.

    - greenboro, ga.

"Hardly any choices in size 12, 2aa. Why can't you offer choices? There has to be thousands of people with narrow feet?"

This shoe is very comfortable and provides support to your ankle.

    - Pasadena, CA, USA

"I recommend this shoe. I fractured my ankle and this shoe provided lots of support."
