Yes, I recommend this product.
"I'm on my third pair of this version. They are the best combo for me in regard to support and cushion of many brands I have tried, which is why I keep coming back. I generally run 25-30 miles per week and these provide me support for my previously injured knee. As for the cons, the heel area could stand to be a little more snug (even with back lacing my heel still slips some) and the fabric on the inside of the shoes has worn through on all three pair that I own. The tounge of the shoe has to be placed flat sometimes too, because it can bunch and run of you don't adjust it."

"I have v4 and v5. The v4 is much more comfortable than v5. The v5 support on the inside of my foot on the side is way too aggressive that it hurt to stand up, walk, etc. it felt like something was constantly poking me right below my arches, towards my heel. Felt like something that didn't belong there. It was hurting me if I put any pressure on my feet. I wish I could buy another v4."

"I owned the 860v4 women's shoes and this new version is not comfortable. My toes go numb and the fabric is stiff and are wearing off fast. Wish I could return these for the version 4"

"I bought the 860 v5 months ago when it first came out. This is my 4th pair of 860's I've purchased. I was having hip & back pain and was fitted for these at a local fitness store. My first pair (v3) solved my pain issues over time. I'm a true believer in these shoes. That being said, this version has been disappointing. I agree with other reviewers that this shoe is not as comfortable as the other 860 versions. After 3 months or so, the mesh on the inside of both shoes (where my foot bends) began to tear. I've kept wearing them but I'm disappointed in the quality of this version. Really hope that NB brings back the workmanship/comfort of the earlier versions."

"The sneaker is comfortable for very short distance walking/running. But after a while the top of my foot gets irritated. For some reason the top of the shoe tongue is properly finished, but the sides of the tongue are just scissor trimmed. There is something very sharp in the fabric and because the edge is scissor trimmed and not finished properly the edges jab the top of the foot. I tried wearing thicker socks thinking I wouldn't feel the sharpness but get the same pain. Wish I could have attached a picture to show the issue."
