    Irritated ankle

12/23/15 by | Boston, MA, USA

"I own and have owned dozens of New Balance sneakers and have loved all of them. But this pair, for reasons I don't understand entirely, is irritating the inside of one of my ankles. I stopped wearing them for a while and the ankle improved and then when I wore them again, it started hurting. I'm using the same insoles as other NB sneakers, so it's not that. It may be the increased height of the shoe around the ankle - about a half inch higher than other NB sneakers I have. It may be just me, but thought I'd say something."

"Although this model feels good, it does not feel as molded as my 940v2s. Thus the four star rating."

"I always order size 9.5 D from New Balance. This was the first pair I had to return for the next size up 10 D. The 9,.5 D was tight across the front at the toes. Great shoe!!"

They didn't fit as ordered and marked.

11/23/15 by | Concord, CA, USA

    • Used Product For: less than 2 weeks

"This shoe is undersized. I ordered my standard New Balance size for the past 10 years; 11 4E. I could not even get my feet into these shoes. They seemed to be at least a full size too small, although they were marked as the size that I ordered."
