MX623

I got hooked on the model 621, of which I bought at least 6 pairs. The model 622 changed the shape of the sole to a slightly more pointy toe, and this model 623 continues that trend. I need a more box shaped toe in a 4E width, and although I like this model/style I wish that they would trend the sole pattern back to the boxier model 621 shape. I'll keep purchasing this model because it is the only shoe that I have found to be comfortable enough to wear/work/walk nonstop all day. I'm a mailman. So far, I have the all white ones, the black ones, and these brownies. They all look great and the quality is first rate. Now, if I could just get them to box that toe a little bit more. . .

I have to agree with relaxn - I do not like the change from the boxy toe of the 621 to the pointy toe of the 622 and 623. I have owned over 6 pair of the 621 (size 11-4E)and they all fit extremely well from day one. But the 622 and 623 pinch my feet at the base of the toes, causing blisters on the inside edge of my feet. I just returned a pair of the 623's, having purchased them in the hope that the problem in the 622 had been fixed. Hopefully New Balance will address this problem in the future.

NB I purchase/used the nb623 for work purpose only! note: (8)hours per day/five days a week... I can not get through 4 hours before I feel major discomfort. The nb622 were much better fit/comfort. But, were told no longer available...I NEED your help NB... cman

I love these sneakers. They are my most comfortable New Balance shoes. I did get 2E extra wide but I feel these would be wide enough even in narrow 'D'. They are also Yankees colors and go with everything I wear in the summertime! Thanks for a great product, Steve

I love New Balance. I refuse to use another sneaker!
