What these shoes are NOT is an orthotic type shoe. They are what I would call a FASHION SNEAKER. That said, I love them. They are comfortable, light weight and would be great for walking. I do think they run true to length and a little narrow. They definately need a light, no show sock. I also wish the laces were longer. Other than that, they are a great shoe.
