The 760 is a so-so shoe for me. The technology, abzorb, stability web, ts2, lockdown liner, and the laces are all good features. However, I run around 6-13 miles each session with this shoe and it seems the toes/forefoot region is lacking some support. I was fitted for the 760 and the sizes are all correct, so I believe an additional feature to the front of the shoe (right infront of the laces) that adds strength and reduces front-shoe flex would definitely enhance this product. It could just be my strike, but I'm a serious runner, and I believe my form is, or is near, correct. Overall, decent shoe, but it tends to break down some after 6-7 miles. Heck, it might even be an incorrect cell pattern in the ts2 and abzorb features...
We always appreciate input from a serious user of our products. We wanted to double-check: you are experiencing noticeable wear after 6-7 miles? That would be extremely perplexing and would require some in-depth conversation. Our 760 scored tremendously well during the months of wear testing and we are confident we've got this whole series locked in (761 through the 769, and now back to the 760). Let's talk further about this. We want to learn more about your daily running routine and what has worked best in the past.

I was fitted for these shoes as I began the #c25K running program. I am not a runner - I play hockey - and running long distances has been a lifelong struggle due to knee pain, etc. The program and these shoes have been great - I ran 5K in under 35 minutes last night! The shoes are not that great looking, but they are built for stability. I have no foot pain and reduced knee pain after my workouts. They are comfortable and overall very supportive for a new runner - who might need a break in shoe to learn how to run.
