Step 1: Measure Your Overbust Wearing a regular, lingerie bra (not a sports bra) measure around the fullest part of your breasts. Be sure to keep the tape measure level.

Shoulder Pain
Culprit:
Your straps may be carrying more than their share of the weight of the breast.
Fix:
Make sure your bottom band and cups are the right size to support you, then adjust the straps.
Chafing on the Breasts or Rib Cage
Culprit:
Your bottom band may be too tight or too loose.
Fix:
Chafing should be minimal, if it even happens at all. Double check your measurements to ensure you have the best fit.
Sagging
Culprit:
Your cups or bottom band may be too large.
Fix:
Try going down a band or cup size.
Riding Up
Culprit:
Your straps may be too tight or your bottom band may be too large.
Fix:
If your bottom band is riding up in the back, loosen your straps. Or, try going down a band size.
Shoulder Straps Slipping
Culprit:
You may have a cup size that’s too big, causing the bra straps, rather than the cups to support the weight of the breast.
Fix:
Try going down a cup size.
