Supply Chain/Human Rights
- By 2026, collect wage data, measure living wage progress, and publish results for all strategic footwear suppliers and select strategic apparel suppliers
- By 2027, 100% of workers in our Tier 1 supply chain will have access to a workplace engagement program
- By 2027, 100,000 women workers in our Tier 1 supply chain will participate in training and education programs for personal and career development
- By 2027, trace 50% of total material volume to the tier 2 supplier level
Climate
- By 2030, reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% from 2024
- By 2030, source 100% renewable electricity for owned operations
Water/Chemistry
- By 2030, 95% of strategic Tier 2 wet process suppliers will achieve Foundational level, and 25% of those with direct discharge will meet aspirational limits for conventional parameters and heavy metals
- By 2030, 90% of input chemicals at strategic Tier 2 wet process suppliers meet ZDHC MRSL Level 3
Waste
- By 2030, divert 98% of footwear factory production waste from landfill
- By 2030, recycle at least 60% of footwear factory production waste
Design and Development
- By 2030, source 100% preferred polyester, with 25% recycled fibers derived from textile waste
- By 2030, source 100% preferred cotton, with 25% being certified and traceable
- By 2030, source 100% preferred leather
