Does this short have a built-in liner, or do I need to wear separate underwear?

The women's RC Essential Short includes a built-in mesh knit brief, so no separate underwear is needed. The mesh construction is designed to provide both support and breathability during your run.

Will the waistband stay in place while I'm running?

The elastic waistband includes an adjustable drawstring, so you can customize the fit and keep the shorts secure throughout your workout.

What can I actually fit in the pockets?

How should I wash and care for the NB DRY fabric?

Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat.  The recycled polyester and spandex blend is designed to retain its stretch and shape through repeated washing
