1. Select the product size/width you wish to order.
2. If a participating store within 50 miles of your location stocks your selected style, you can pay for your order online and pickup at the store. You can pick up multiple items, on the same order, at different stores! If a New Balance store, located more than 50 miles from your ZIP code, offers the style you wish to purchase you can select the store location and complete your purchase through the store’s website directly.
3. You can determine a broader range or an alternate store location by clicking “Change Store”. To select a different store, enter a ZIP code, and either click the search icon or select a radius in the dropdown. Participating stores will appear below, select your preferred location and hit “Apply”
4. Need to order additional items that aren’t available in a store’s inventory? You can add items that will ship from one of our warehouses to your order as well! Store Pickup items will show in your Shopping Cart first. Enter your payment information and pay for the entire order online. Sales tax is applied to your order based on the store’s location.
5. You should receive an emailed order confirmation right away. But make sure to wait for your “Ready to Pick-up” confirmation! Once you have received this email, head to the store and pick up your order! (Select New Balance stores are offering Curbside Pickup service - please refer to your email confirmation to determine whether this is available at your store).
6. You will be charged for the Store Pickup item(s) once you pick up that portion of your order. If your order included additional item(s) to ship, you will be charged for that portion of the order separately, once shipped. Store Pickup orders must be picked up within 4 days of the order being placed. Orders not picked up within 4 days will be returned to inventory and the Store Pickup portion of your order will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel the Store Pickup portion of your order, please contact the store location as soon as possible.
Frequent Store Pickup Questions:
Do All New Balance Stores Offer Store Pickup?
No. At this time only select New Balance stores will offer Store Pickup. Select the product you wish to purchase, along with the size/width. Enter your ZIP code on the product page to determine if a store near you is a participating store and has available inventory of that item.
How Long Do I Have to Pick Up my Store Pickup Order?
Store Pickup orders must be received within 4 days of being placed. If you do not pick up your order within 4 days, the order will be cancelled, and the item(s) returned to inventory. The order cancellation date is shown on the email confirmation.
Can I Arrange Curbside Pickup of My Order?
Currently only select New Balance stores offer Curbside Pickup. When your order is ready, you will be sent an email confirmation from the store. If Curbside Pickup is available at the selected store, this information will be provided in the email to request curbside service.
How Do I Pay for My Store Pickup Order?
You will pay for your Store Pickup order on NewBalance.com. You can order items for store pickup and items to be shipped in the same order! You can also order items for store pickup from multiple stores within a 50-mile radius of your location.
NewBalance.com proudly accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Afterpay (available on select styles). Orders from stores outside a 50-mile radius of your location can be made directly on the store’s website.
Can I Change the Payment Method on My Order When I Get to the Store to Pick Up My Order?
In order to use a different method of payment for your Store Pickup order, the store will need to cancel your online order and proceed with your transaction as a new store purchase.
Can I Place a Store Pickup Order for Items from More Than One Store Location?
Yes! Simply choose a different store for the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart. You will receive multiple confirmation emails - one from each store chosen, once your orders become available to pick up at each store.
Can I Order Store Pickup Items and Shipped Items on the Same Order?
Yes! If you choose to pick up items at a local store you can still have additional items shipped to your address on the same order. Simply add the item(s) you would like shipped to your Shopping Cart. Your total order amount (store pickup items and items shipping to you) will be applied toward our $50 free shipping
Can I Return My Store Pickup Order? What If I Need to Return Items That Were Shipped to Me?
If you need to return item(s) you ordered and picked up at a store, you may choose to return that product to the same store location or you can ship it back to us using a pre-paid UPS label. If you choose to return in the store, your refund will be issued at the store. Items shipped back to New Balance require up to 10 business days to process refunds once the package is delivered to our warehouse.
Need to Cancel Your Store Pickup Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, once you have received your order confirmation email, please contact the store as soon as possible. The store contact information will be listed at the top of the email. Call the store and request cancellation of your order. Your order number will start with “NS.” OR be a 20-digit number on your receipt.
Store Pickup Order - Troubleshooting:
Can I Change a Store Pickup Item in My Shopping Cart to Ship to Me?
No, this cannot be changed within the Shopping Cart. Once an item is added as a Store Pickup, to change it to a shipped item, you will need to Remove the item from your Shopping Cart and add it back as a shipped item.
Can I Change the Store Location for a Store Pickup Item in My Shopping Cart?
Yes, you can change the Store Pickup location within the Shopping Cart.
Why Did I Receive a Cancellation Email from the Store Saying My Item’s Not Available?
While our store inventories update frequently, it’s possible that a store may not be able to fulfill an order. In this case the store will send an email cancellation. You are welcome to place a new order on NewBalance.com and have the item shipped.
