You can create your New Balance account by signing up online. Visit our log in or create an account page and fill out the required information.

Simply follow the steps below to quickly and easily reset your password.

  1. Visit our log in page 
  2. Select “Forgot password” underneath the “Password” field. 
  3. Enter your email address and select “Send email.” 
  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

As a New Balance member, you can unlock a whole host of benefits:

You can opt in when you create your account or subscribe to our emails at any time.

You can delete your account at any time by signing in and visiting My Account. From there, select Delete Account on the profile tab and follow the on‑screen instructions to confirm. 

Deleting your account is permanent. It will result in the removal of:

  • Your online profile
  • Login credentials
  • Saved preferences
  • Any features or benefits associated with your account
  • All associated Personal Data (meaning any information that identifies you or can be used to identify you)


When you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in to your account or access your account history. 

No. This feature simply allows you to delete your online account. It does not constitute a formal privacy request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or any other US state privacy regulations. If you need to submit a privacy related‑ request, you can do so through our dedicated Privacy Request Center here.

No. This feature allows you to delete your online account for convenience only. Your “Right to Erasure” refers to your right to request that an organization erases any Personal Data held by them about you.


Your Right to Erasure is protected in accordance with “Applicable Data Protection Laws”, which includes, but is not limited, to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “EU GDPR”) together with the version of the EU GDPR which is incorporated into the domestic law of the United Kingdom (the “UK GDPR”) (the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are collectively referred to as the "GDPR"). 


If you wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR—including the Right to Erasure—you must submit a formal privacy request through our dedicated Privacy Request Center.

Please note that deletion of your account will result in termination of your New Balance membership and the benefits that accompany such membership.

Deleting your account does not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing emails. Once your account is deleted, you will continue to receive marketing emails tied to that account unless you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time via the link here or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. You may still receive emails related to past purchases, or if you have signed up to be notified about an out-of-stock product or upcoming product release.  

You may create a new account using the same email address once deletion is complete, but information from your previous account may not be available.

Your account will be deleted from our systems within 24 hours of your request.
