New Balance Reconsidered is a New Balance owned website where you can purchase New Balance products that have either been worn or are unsellable as brand new for cosmetic reasons. These products have all been inspected by trained technicians who will clean (if needed) to make them available for online purchase at a discount.

The trade-in voucher expires 90 days after it was issued. For example, if your voucher was issued on January 15th, it would expire April 14th. If you have any questions on the expiration date, please contact newbalance@archiveresale.com.

If your item is not accepted, you will not receive any trade-in voucher. Please note we are not able to return items that are not accepted and will donate them on your behalf to Soles4Souls, a non-profit organization that turns shoes and clothing into opportunities for education and employment.
