myNB Rewards Notice of Financial Incentive

myNB Rewards is New Balance's rewards program in which consumers earn NB points for purchase and non-purchase activities, and then redeem those points for rewards like $10 off, exclusive products and more. myNB Rewards is free to all customers.

In connection with myNB Rewards program, we may offer the financial incentives and/or price or service differences (“Incentives”) to myNB Rewards members based on points earned as further described on the myNB Level and Reward Page, a current copy of which is located here, in exchange for our use of myNB Rewards members’ personal information.

To offer these Incentives, we must track the personal information you provide when you sign up or engage in activities to earn points, such as purchase history, date of birth, participation in New Balance events and/or fitness-related activities, and engagement with and promotion of New Balance on social media (“myNB Rewards Data”). You can join myNB Rewards here and you can withdraw from myNB Rewards at any time by contacting our Customer Care Center by emailing CustomerCare@newbalance.com. The value of myNB Rewards Data to New Balance is calculated by determining the approximate additional spending per myNB Rewards customer, per year compared to individuals who are not enrolled in myNB Rewards. The value of myNB Rewards Data is reasonably related to the costs associated with offering the Incentives.
